The Motivation

The Wit and Wisdom Collaborative was born from the innate belief that with the necessary tools and support, each individual can be a great leader.  We believe there are leaders at all levels, beyond those with titles and positions at the top of hierarchies. Wit and Wisdom supports leaders on their own paths, including designing their unique leadership style. 

Our name celebrates the perfect balance of deep authenticity and joyful truth-telling that drives transformational change. We specialize in partnering with nonprofit organizations led by and serving historically marginalized communities, recognizing that their authentic voices and lived experiences are essential forces for social transformation.
